With the purchase of a ticket, the rental, or any other use of a wagon of the Ferris Wheel, the following
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE OF THE VIENNA GIANT FERRIS WHEEL
shall apply:
- The following are strictly prohibited:
a) bringing food and beverages into the wagons,
b) smoking inside the wagons,
c) opening the windows without authorization and/or throwing objects outside,
d) causing the wagons to swing by deliberately altering their balance,
e) writing on, painting, or otherwise defacing the walls or ceilings of the wagons. Cleaning and/or repair costs shall be charged to the offender. - Persons under the influence of alcohol shall not be permitted to ride the Ferris Whee
- Dogs shall be transported only if kept on a leash and fitted with a muzzle, without exception.
- Parents or legal guardians shall be liable for any damages caused by their children.
- Instructions given by employees of the operator shall be strictly complied with. Failure to follow such instructions entitles the Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel to refuse further carriage or participation in an event, or to expel the guest from the premises, in which case the guest shall not be entitled to any claims whatsoever.
- Guests shall not leave the designated entrances and traffic routes on the premises.
- The Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel reserves the right to refuse carriage to individuals without stating reasons. In such cases, the fare shall be refunded. Carriage may be terminated in individual cases if safe operation can no longer be guaranteed. In such cases, the passenger expressly waives any right to assert claims for compensation, on any legal grounds whatsoever.
- Filming, photography, or any other visual representations of the Ferris Wheel, the wagons, or the interiors of the wagons for commercial or professional purposes shall be prohibited unless prior written consent has been expressly granted by the management in each individual case.
- The publication of photos, films, or any other visual representations of the Ferris Wheel, the wagons, or of images taken inside the wagons shall be strictly prohibited without the prior written approval of the management.
- Claims for damages shall only arise in the event of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel.
- Any violation of these Terms and Conditions of Carriage shall be subject to legal prosecution.
- The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising under this agreement shall be Vienna. (Wiener Riesenrad Dr. Lamac GmbH)
